Recent studies have determined that radiation from nail gel curing lamps is cytotoxic, genotoxic, and mutagenic. A: No. Our patented, revolutionary, natural mineral-based spray is water based and has no fragrance, scent, or colorant dyes.
A: Magan’s HandShield consists of natural minerals suspended in water, working together to limit the harm of chemicals synthesized under the UV nail gel curing lamp. One of the minerals, cerium carbonate is an antioxidant. It doesn’t dissolve in water and doesn’t get into your skin, being washed off with a simple water rinse after use. Magan’s HandShield also contains an environmentally friendly mineral, a non-nano zinc oxide. Both cerium and zinc-oxide minerals have a long & continuing history of use in skin creams & cosmetics.
